The Soul Train Awards honored Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds as this year’s Legend Award recipient.
Throughout his career he has written and produced over 26 No. 1 R&B hits and won 11 Grammy Awards. The R&B musician, singer-songwriter, and record producer took the stage after receiving his award to join some of our favorites in a special tribute performance to the living legend, Babyface.
R&B legends Boyz II Men, Fantasia, Brandy, Bobby Brown and Tevin Campbell all came together with the Legend Award honoree for this very special tribute, featuring songs that he as written and produced, including the late Whitney Houston’s “Exhale (Shoop, Shoop)” performed by Fantasia.
